This is a V-necked dress with collar and button front. It is made out of a taffeta material and has a knife-pleated skirt.

The jumper can be made with or without the waistband and with gathers or pleats in the skirt.

Here is the fancy version of the Romantic Blouse, complete with lace-trimmed collar and cuffs.
This looks wonderful beneath the Romantic jumper, but it also works beautifully over the "Beatrix" skirt!
